A replacement will be offered under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If a product contains a clear and significant manufacturing fault that affects its usability or appearance.

2. Conditions for a Claim

To help us quickly resolve your claim, please follow this simple process:

Step 1: Notify Us Promptly
Please inspect your merchandise as soon as it arrives. If there’s an issue, contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Provide Detailed Information
When reaching out, please include:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A clear and detailed description of the issue.
     
  • High-quality photos or videos that clearly show the defect, damage, or discrepancy.

Step 3: Assessment and Resolution
Once we receive your claim, our quality assurance team will carefully review the evidence you’ve provided. We’ll assess whether the issue is due to a manufacturing fault on our end. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization.

If your claim is approved, we’ll work with you to find a fair and convenient solution:

  • Replacement: We will remanufacture the defective items. Shipping and courier charges for the replacement will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Partial or Full Refund: In certain cases, we may offer a refund that corresponds to the value of the defective item(s). Our aim is to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, and we’ll consider each case individually.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your order, a full refund can be issued if the cancellation request is made within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Once the production process has begun, cancellations are no longer accepted, and refunds cannot be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Circumstances

While we ensure the highest quality, please note that we cannot offer refunds, returns, or replacements in the following situations:

  • Custom-Made Products: Since every product is made-to-order with your specific logos, designs, and specifications, they cannot be refunded or returned unless a production fault is confirmed.
  • Samples & Prototypes: Charges related to the development and creation of samples are non-refundable.
  • Altered or Used Products: Products that have been washed, worn, embroidered, screen-printed, or otherwise altered by the client are not eligible for refund and replacement policy.
  • Incorrect Sizing: We produce products on the exact sizes you ask and approve. It’s your responsibility to ensure sizes are correct before confirming the order.
  • Minor Variations: As each product is custom-made, minor variations in color, dimensions, or sizing may occur. These are within accepted manufacturing tolerances and are not considered defects.
  • Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns if you change your mind after the order has been placed and production has started.

5. Approved Samples

The final bulk production is based on the pre-production and master control sample you approve. We strongly advise that you thoroughly inspect the sample for design, fit, fabric, and quality before approving it for production. Once approved, the sample serves as the standard for the final order.
